Family Room

The Family Room has a warm laid-back feeling. The central point is the entertainment center which is framed in by beautiful oak cabinetry. There is a cast iron fireplace and adjacent wood storage bin which is disguised as cabinetry. The vaulted ceiling and bookshelves compliment the display shelf near the ceiling. Here you can relax and “veg” out or you can burn calories with the exercise equipment.

Entertainment Center

There are multiple ways to connect to the entertainment center including: the TV smart hub, the Blu-ray smart center, or by Chromecast.

Gaming

There is both an Xbox 360 and Wii gaming console beneath the TV. Game disks you can use are on the shelf to the right of the TV.

Fireplace

A well-used cast iron fireplace with glass door is surrounded by a stone hearth. It has exhaust gas reburner pipes and an adjustable intake vent. It has a fan that draws air around the inner burning area for faster heating. The fan can be switched off or set to low or high, it can also be in manual or auto mode.

On top of the fireplace is a humidifier pot.

To the left of the fireplace is a hinged top bin with overhead light that holds up to two wheelbarrows full of wood inside the house. Outside a cord of wood is split between locations: 1) under the back patio roof just outside the Family Room 2) by the trash cans

We provide the wood at no additional charge.

There is an air circulation system that can move the fireplace heat to the back of the house.
